Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

- If you are unsatisfied with the product or purchase.

- If there is any damage during shipment or defects upon use.

- Products must be returned in the original packaging with accessories if possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

I accept returns or exchanges for:

- Items damaged during shipping.

- Items that are defective or not functioning as intended.

- If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

- Any product that has been opened Internally for repair, or tampered with

- All Trading Cards are non-returnable. This includes sealed, singles, or graded products.

- Products returned after the 30-day window.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact me at hydrastreasure@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective or damaged items), I will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
