We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

If you are unsatisfied with the product or purchase.

If there is any damage during shipment or defects upon use.

Products must be returned in the original packaging with accessories if possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns or exchanges for:

Items damaged during shipping.

Items that are defective or not functioning as intended.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been opened Internally for repair, or tampered with

Anything Pokemon TCG is non returnable. Including (sealed, singles, and graded cards.)

Products returned after the 30-day window.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hydrastreasure@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
