Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for placing a pre-order with us! Please review the following terms before completing your purchase:

Shipping Schedule

Pre-order items will not be shipped until the official product release date and until we receive the shipment.

Estimated arrival dates are provided for reference only and may be subject to delays outside of our control (including manufacturing, shipping, and customs clearance).

Payment

Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time of purchase to secure your item.

Refunds & Cancellations

Pre-orders are refundable up to 14 days before the official release date.

After this period, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted, as the order will be in processing with our suppliers.

Multiple Items in an Order

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) arrive.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

If you happen to place a pre-order item and in stock item by mistake. Orders can be separated by purchasing our $10 added shipping. Please email hydrastreasure@gmail.com for more information.
